There are 49 basic hiragana. Nowadays most of people use 50sound-hiragana list. But 200 years ago, this Iroha Uta was used to learn hiragana. This is an amazing song used all hiragana (except ん) without duplication. And it has a deep meaning.
I would like to explain the meaning by each sentence.
いろは
Original meaning of Iro is “color”. But there are other meanings, such as lover, feelings, sexual and flower.
にほへと
Nihoheto = Nioukeredo
ちりぬるを
Chiriruruwo=Chitte shimau(scattered)
わかよたれそ
Wakayo=Wagayo=In my life or In this world
つねならむ
Tsunenaramu=All changing=There is nothing without changing in the world(Buddhism philosophy)
うゐのおくやま
Uinookuyama=Deep forest borne by fate
けふこえて
Kefu=Kyoh=Today
Koete=Pass through
あさきゆめみし
Shallow dreaming
ゑひもせす
Eimosesu=Yoi(get drunk) sesu=sezu(not)
Last 2 sentences have hidden meaning.
If you are unlighted, no need to be bewildered and not to be got drunk by virtual world.

Poetically:
Flower blooms but it falls
My life always changing
