To train reading and listening, I suggest to do as follows;

It may be difficult for you but try many times.
You decide study time per day, such as one hour.
I recommend you listen to YouTube for 15 minutes then repeat 4 times
in one hour.
Listening to YouTube and reading pdf at the same time. If there are
some new kanji, skip them.
